Electrical or plumbing?
Kentucky requires a licensed pro for these, so I don’t do them myself. Text me a photo anyway: I’ll tell you straight what needs a licensed electrician or plumber, point you to a good one, and take care of the rest, like the patching and painting after.
- Electrical: light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, switches and wiring
- Plumbing: faucets, toilets, water heaters, pipes and drains
- Heating and air conditioning
- Roofing, structural work, or anything that needs a permit
